Additional Information 2nd ship of a series of type identical cargo ships of Sietas standard type 96 (5 vessels) - hull yard: KG Norderwerft GmbH & Co., Hamburg, Federal Republic of Germany (No. 837) - also see >Paaschburg< (type 96c) - in 2010 the ship was renamed >Gotaland I<, in 2012 >Gotaland< and in 2014 >Retaj< - the ship caught fire at Iskenderum, Turkey in position 36.40N, 036.12E on January 14th 2015 - fire originated in cargo of hay and spread to bridge and accommodation block. Vessel badly damaged and cargo destroyed - according to "Equasis.org" the status is a "Total loss" - also see >Paaschburg< and (>Kaja<, >Austera<) (both type 96c)
