2nd ship of a pair of identically constructed ferries, also see the sister ship >Berlin< - lorries capacity: 96, total lane length: 1,600 m - the almost finished ferry wasn't taken over by Scandlines and canceled in 2012 due to the high draught (likewise her sister ship >Berlin<). After the insolvency of the P+S shipyards, a reduced purchase was made by Scandlines and later on an extensive reconstruction was carried out at FAYARD A/S. - also see the sister ship >Berlin< |
