directly at the canal bank near the ferry site, good location during the sommer months from about 3:00 p.m. until about sunset. Good parking facilities are right there, accessible from the highway exit "Schafstedt" (A23), then follow the L132 in "Schafstedt" for 'Hohenhörn". A focal length up to 135 mm is sufficient. From this location the canal is visible as far as the canal curve near "Grünental". - Adverse effects are possible caused by the shadow of the grain silo at low sun. - |
