at the lido of Otterndorf, north of the water and landscape park, accessable via "Westerwischer Weg". Acceptable location from about 10:00 a.m. to about 02:00 p.m., but the distance to the shipping channel of the River Elbe is at least 400 m, therefore a focal length of 400 mm is required and a clear view is important. The view extends via Cuxhaven to the mouth of the Elbe. Parking facilities are located several hundred meters away in the area of the new western section of the camping site „See Achtern Diek“, at the "Deichstraße" near "Wetternweg" (this part of the camping site isn't clearly visible on Google Maps: the light sandy area in which the allotments are already visible). |
